Visit Us Safely
Dear visitors!
The comfort and security of museum patrons, staff, and collections are our highest priority. To help reduce the risk of transmission of COVID-19, the museum maintains specific visitor requirements and safety measures. Please observe the following:
- Wear a face mask at all times while inside the museum.
- Please, maintain social distance and stay at least 1,5 meters away from visitors outside your party.
- Please, reserve your timed-entry ticket online in advance.
- Follow the established safe routes through the exhibitions, which we use to separate visitor flows.
- Whenever possible, opt for contactless purchasing options at ticketing office and museum shop, such as bank cards and smartphones to avoid paying cash.
- Walk-up visits are available each day for those who arrive at the museum without bookings. However, this depends on capacity: the museum sets a cap on the maximum number of visitors allowed in each exhibition. Please, respect other patrons and museum staff when queuing outside the museum.
